The staff helped with bags upon arrival and checkout. I had two rooms booked. One room came with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Air conditioning worked well especially during heat.

faulty air conditioning poor water pressure

I was disappointed the air conditioning in the room didn't work. it was quite warm and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. also, the shower took a long time to heat up and the water pressure wasn't great. I found this inconvenient.
